HOUSE BILL NO. 510 "An Act making appropriations to satisfy the                
agreed-upon monetary terms of a collective bargaining agreement for            
certain employees of the University of Alaska; and providing for an            
effective date" was read the second time.                                      
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE                    
BILL NO. 510 be advanced to third reading and placed on final                  
passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.                                
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 510 was read the third time.                                    
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall HOUSE BILL NO. 510 "An Act making                  
appropriations to satisfy the agreed-upon monetary terms of a                  
collective bargaining agreement for certain employees of the                   
University of Alaska; and providing for an effective date" pass the
